The Marriott Singer Island Resort & Spa is Palm Beach's Only All-Condominium Resort & Spa and  all 239 condominiums are privately owned. We are not the Marriott Oceana Palms or Ocean Pointe timeshares on Singer IslandWe started our Owner-Direct rentals in 2011.

     We simply pass the $100-$200 per night  savings along to our clients

We are professionally owner-managed and live on Singer Island.

We privately rent our condos direct to the public since 2011.

You have full use of all Resort amenities and services.

We do not participate in Marriott's rental management program 

because of their extremely high % operating cost structure.

We are not a commission-grubbing sketchy realtor, 

or a 3rd party property management company.

I am a former Resort Home Owners Association Board of Directors.

 

            You have complete use of the Resort&Spa facilities&services

We pay for all of the resort facilities in our Home Owner Fees:  restaurants, spa, pool/beach towels, bellman, front desk check-in, etc.

We have our own housekeeping service, included with departure,

and available for additional fee by request. Valet Parking is $27/day.

 

All of our condos are financially stable and we are not selling them. 

We purchased our Resort condos 2011-2017-2018 from bank foreclosure,  and direct from previous owners, all-cash, no mortgage.
